1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jita8 platform and all its services. jita8 is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment services to players in Bangladesh.

Only one jita8 account is permitted per person. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be true and belong to you personally. Creating an account using someone else's name or false information will render it invalid.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds into jita8. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100.

• Deposits into the account may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is strictly prohibited.
• jita8 reserves the right to verify any deposit and return it if necessary.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional documents may be requested for identity verification.
• jita8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at jita8, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. After receiving this bonus, a 10x wagering requirement on the combined total of deposit and bonus must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and must be used within the specified period.
• Bonuses from different promotions cannot be combined unless specifically permitted.
• jita8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

jita8 offers three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on a player's activity and contributions.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on jita8 are operated through a fair and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Each game session runs independently, and previous results do not affect future results.

• If a game session is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, we will do our best to resolve it as fairly as possible.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
